NO, it is the Chinese Mooncake Festival and this year we spent it at Roxanne's house. Instead of pumpkins, kids light lanterns with candles and go walking around the neighbourhood (and no trick or treat!).

Isabelle's First Concert

Venue: MPPJ Civic Centre
Isabelle performed with her classmates (En-Owens) at the Q-Dees Annual Concert. This was her 1st public performance and of course being proud parents, we were more nervous than she was. Arrived early and got good seats with Audelia's parents. Cameras snapping & Video cameras rolling throughout the night - I dare say tonight's kiddies performance can outsell a Beyonce free concert anytime.
Michelle Invited Our Family To Genting Highlands
Date: 2nd September 2006Chew Ler Yin & family (classmate of Isabelle) invited our family to spend a night at Awana, Genting Highlands. Night falls, the men play cards and the women chased after the kids. Ouch! Not many activities the following day except for swimming and the infamous 'kiddies bumper car rides'.
Janelle Is 3 years Old

Audelia's Birthday Party

Isabelle's classmate, Audelia invited us to her birthday party at Endah Regal Apartments, Sri Petaling. We were the first to arrive that evening. This was the day we discovered little Sam, brother of Vinly, was very fond of Isabelle. And of course these kind of birthday parties makes Isabelle and Janelle ask (almost EVERYDAY), "when's my birthday, dad".
Mum's 64th Birthday Party

Mum's 64th Birthday (born 9th July 1942) and here she is with Isabelle, Janelle, Barry, Bryan and Basil. Nothing makes her happier than to be surrounded by them.
Bukit Merah Laketown Resort
Date: 27th May 2006
Brought the family along on a business trip and decided to visit Bukit Merak Laketown Resort which is located at the state of Perak in Malaysia (along the North South Highway).
Isabelle & Janelle had a field day swimming and enjoying all the water-rides. However, the apartment where we stayed in is truly awful and we vowed never to go again.
